The 2023 Transportation Inspection Plan has detected 166,540 violations, of which 153,405 cases have been initiated, 144,608 have been resolved and 8,456 have been dismissed. This has generated a total collection of 90,106,863 euros. This means that both the cases initiated and those resolved have increased by 3% and 5%, respectively, compared to 2022.

Due to the lack of a qualifying title, 6,690 complaints have been filed against public goods service vehicles, an increase of 17% compared to 2022 and 5,471 have been resolved, the same as in 2022.

In the controls carried out by the Civil Guard the figures are the following: 204,054 vehicles controlled, of which 76,627 have been reported and have generated 131,876 complaints. Regarding vehicles dedicated to the transport of goods, 189,665 have been controlled, of which 121,947 have been reported. The most detected infraction has been the lack of authorization, with 13,844 complaints.

In the control of drivers' hours, two types of controls have been carried out: on the road and in the company. In both types of controls, the forecasts that had been made have been exceeded, but especially in road controls, where the difference between the minimum controlled and what was controlled is 280%. In the control of working hours carried out in companies, 12,335 violations have been detected, 25.7% less than in 2022.

Regarding the violations detected related to the tachograph, 13,605 of the very serious type have been initiated, an increase of 17% compared to 2022. And 903 serious violations have been initiated, representing an increase of 66% compared to 2022; and 1,305 minor.
